This work fractures the figure into a grid of fleeting scenes, where ochres and hot pinks collide like memory and impulse, and the body becomes a repeated motif rather than a single identity. The stark black contour lines—part cartoon, part calligraphic—hold the compositions together while striped passages create optical “cages,” suggesting both rhythm and restriction within movement. By sampling gestures across panels, the piece reads like a choreography of modern desire and urban velocity, turning intimacy into a pattern that is at once playful, surveilled, and strangely anonymous.
