Mancera Fig Me Up
Mancera Fig Me Up is a unisex fragrance for those who love green fig, juicy fruitiness, and a soft, warm base. It's an excellent choice for both women and men seeking a unique niche perfume where fresh and soft notes meet in an intriguing way. This isn't just a sweet fruity scent; it's a multi-dimensional composition where the greenness of fig, the tartness of rhubarb, and a warm, slightly delicious base create a modern and easily recognizable scent trail. Mancera describes it as a bright and woody fig-rhubarb fragrance.
Fig Me Up is especially suitable if you're looking for a fresh yet soft unisex fragrance that works for everyday wear but doesn't feel boring. Fig brings a green, sunny softness to the scent, violet gives it a slightly powdery smoothness, and the base notes of toffee and tonka bean add warmth. The result is fresh, warm, and elegantly distinctive. The fragrance was launched in 2024 and was created by Pierre Montale.
When to use
Mancera Fig Me Up works particularly well in spring, summer, and early autumn, when its green and fruity freshness can truly shine. At the same time, its warm and soft base makes it suitable for cooler days, if you want a sunny yet slightly deeper scent around you. This is an excellent choice for daytime wear, leisure, work, and moments when you want to smell sophisticated yet casually distinctive.
The fragrance also has enough structure for evening wear, so it's not just a light summer scent. Green fig and rhubarb bring energy, while the heart notes of plum, sandalwood, and oud, and the base notes of toffee and tobacco make it distinctly more interesting and multi-dimensional than one might expect from an ordinary fruity scent.
What it smells like
Fig Me Up opens with fig leaves, green rhubarb, and violet. The initial impression is fresh, green, and slightly tart, yet soft and refined. Fig leaf brings a sunny greenness to the fragrance, rhubarb gives it a crisp and juicy edge, and violet adds an airy, almost velvety softness. The opening is energetic and modern, but not sharp.
In the heart, the fragrance becomes richer and softer. Creamy fig milk, plum, oud, sandalwood, and geranium build its distinctive structure. At this stage, the scent feels simultaneously fruity, woody, and slightly aromatic. Fig takes on a deeper and creamier hue, while sandalwood and oud bring luxurious warmth.
At the base, toffee, tonka bean, tobacco, and white musk make the overall composition warm, soft, and addictive. Toffee brings delicious roundness, tonka bean velvety warmth, tobacco subtle depth, and white musk finishes the trail clean and skin-like. The result is fruity, green, and warm all at once – fresh but not thin, soft but not too sweet.
