• Our Tincture Blends can be added to water, or incorporated into tea, smoothies, or mocktails to boost the functional benefits. Recommended Dose: Adults: 9 mL, 3 times per day. As a sleep aid, take one dose before sleep. Cautions and Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or prior to use if you have an alcohol related disease, liver or gall bladder disease, intestinal obstruction, epilepsy, diabetes, or hypertension.
