Summer Linen Pleated Self-Tie Top

This top in Navy looks really classy paired with navy, white or sand pants. The fabric is light and the cutout shoulders catch the eye without revealing too much. My only disappointment is that the waistline is just a tad short on me (as is the case with some other OGL pieces that are cinched at the waist). If it was even just an inch longer, it would look much better. I have been tempted to buy some other pieces cinched at the waist but can see from the pictures on the website that they will li
