1. Service Contents

(1)One-Time Accidental Damage Protection: ONE free full-watch replacement if stoppage is caused by drops, impacts, or water exposure within proper use conditions.

(2)90 Day Worry Free Returns: Extends the standard 30-day return window to 90 days, with return shipping covered by EUTOUR as per eligibility criteria.

(3)Premium Extended Warranty: Includes ONE accidental damage replacement plus an additional 1-year warranty beyond the original factory warranty (for a total of 2 years from delivery).

2. Validity Period 

(1)Accidental Damage Protection: Valid for 180 days from the date of delivery, thereafter void.

(2)90 Day Worry Free Returns: Valid for 90 days starting from the date of order receipt. The entitlement will be voided upon expiration of this period.

(3)Premium Extended Warranty: Valid for 2 years from delivery (includes 1 accidental damage replacement and 1 year of extended warranty).

Supplementary Purchase Note: If purchased within the 60-day window, the validity still begins from the original delivery date and is not extended by the supplementary purchase.

3. Service Quantity Rules

Each plan covers ONE watch ONLY; if your order includes multiple watches, please acquire a plan for each watch.

Each watch may enjoy ONLY ONE protection benefit (multiple purchases for the same watch are prohibited).
