I made an 80 dollar purchase a month ago, followed up weeks ago requesting details regarding shipping using two different emails on their website, and have not received a response. I received this review stating my order has been fulfilled, when their website claims they haven't mailed it yet. Even downloaded their 'Shop App' which said nothing new.
