Rapidbike QuickShifter (Up Shift Only) - Kawasaki Z900

Loadcell sensor for quickshifting feature.

It includes an innovative feature of real-time automatic detection of the kill-time for every gear upshift.

The system is composed of an electronic unit, the loadcell and a wiring harness to connect both to Rapid Bike.

It connects directly to Rapid Bike wiring harness (or to pit-lane limiter switch F27-SW-PIT or Youtune controller, if already installed).

It is a universal tool since it can work in both directions, push or pull (not in both directions at the same time) for gear upshift (no downshift feature). The owner does no need to replace this sensor in case he purchases a new bike model or changes the operating of the gear lever (GP-style shifting or new rear set).

The sensor detects the force applied and consequently sends a signal, therefore there are no moving parts which can be damaged after using for a long period of time.

Rapid Bike software can be used to set upshift sense (push or pull) and preload pressure (measured in Kg) necessary for activation.

To allow gear upshift, Rapid Bike module reduces engine’s power by cutting the injection signal.
