This extremely rare Automobile Association badge is from the early 1900s. The arresting collector's piece is made of chromed brass with a tiger motif encircled in the words “Automobile Association of Bengal”. It has the number 7751 stamped on the inner fold of its immediate base. The Automobile Association of Bengal was established on 28th August 1904 and eventually changed its name to the Automobile Association of Eastern India. The acrylic stand was newly made to display the collectible. The size of the badge is 3 x 7 inches. With the stand, the dimensions are 3 x 2 x 9 inches.
