Balancing Toner

This toner is a wonderful addition to any skin care routine. Its soft, gentle scent lifts the mood and the cleansing feeling of the water on the skin leaves it dewy and fresh. I have noticed a significant improvement to the tone of the skin and suggest doing what I have done and follow with the extreme eye cream, then followed by the sea-kissed oil spritz. I barely wear makeup anymore I am seeing that much improvement! Let the skin speak for itself :)
