She's part of the She'll be Apples collection. Made with small beads that are carved into the shape of half an Apple with a smooth flat underside and dispersed with quality freshwater pearls. 

The neck piece is made with small hand sanded beads. She sits lightly and beautifully around your neck. She's light weight yet still substancial, sounds like someone you know right!
