★★★★ Missing carabiner

Overall good material. The conversation kit I received was missing one carabiner clip.

★★★★★ Outstanding customer service

I reached out to customer service because we had a problem with the tent staying up in the wind. They were exceptional on helping me understand how to set it up differently and fill the bags more appropriately. They also responded to the fact that one of the polls knobs were coming loose. They offered to replace these without any issue whatsoever. I would highly recommend based on customer service and functionality at the beach..
