Cuquillo: Grown near the Mediterranean, it offers an oily, intense flavour and velvety texture.
ZorzaleΓ±a: Earthy tones and a wild, distinctive flavour, with a firm bite.
Losada olives are picked by hand to keep the fruit perfectly intact. Traditional and natural methods are used for processing to table olives.
