Duration
Each trial session is strictly limited to 30 minutes. We want you to get the most out of this experience, so please plan accordingly.

Punctuality
Punctuality is key. We allow a grace period of 5 minutes. If you arrive later than that, we may need to start with the next client, and you might have to wait until a slot opens.

Individual Appointments
To give you our complete attention, we take only one person per appointment. This ensures you get a focused and personalized experience.

Accessibility
Our venue is equipped with a lift and is designed to be disability-friendly. If you require any special assistance, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Preparing for the Trial
As we will be working directly with your hair, we kindly request that you wash your hair before your appointment. This helps us achieve the best results and allows you to fully experience our products.

Booking & Refunds
The booking amount is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the fee will not be returned.
