★★★★ Great product, minor packaging issue.The balm itself is excellent. Deeply moisturizing, super lightweight, and the non-sticky formula is exactly what I wanted for daily use. However, the tube packaging is slightly inconvenient. Sometimes when I squeeze it, too much product comes out, leading to wastage. It would be better if the nozzle was a little finer to control the amount. If they fix the tube design, it would be a perfect 5 star product.

★★★★ Effective hydration but slightly waxy finish.This lip balm definitely delivers on the deep hydration promise. My chronic dry lips feel much better, especially in the morning. The texture is non-sticky which is a huge plus, but sometimes, if I apply too much, it leaves a slightly waxy film, which I have to blot. It heals chapping very well though, so I'm happy with the performance overall. Just adjust the quantity carefully.
