Formovie THEATER Ultra Short Throw 4K Laser Projector

Picture is excellent. But I deduct one star because of the OS. Every time the unit powers on the message "TV speakers are turned off in Sound settings. Do you want to turn them on?" appears. And it stays on forever. You have to find the remote and answer every time!. I have the sound off intentionally. I get sound from my AV unit. This makes using CEC for the unit useless as you must continue to use the remote to answer that question even though the unit powers up properly when my AV unit powers

Purchased in November 2022. Worked great for the first two years. Starting in year three, the system started to bog down - remote control button actions would lag for many seconds and even minutes. It could be resolved by a restart but restarts were necessary almost daily. White specks appeared on the screen starting in year three. An extended warranty claim is pending. Would never buy it again for what I paid ($3000). It's now almost $1000 less but still not good enough for 3 years of use

White dot issue, projector has white dots. I would expect if paying thousands of dollars, you would get something that lasts more than 30 months. All my TVs have last for 10 years plus.

Hello everyone, I was very pleased with the laser projector. The slight blue cast at the bottom of the screen was fine for this price segment. What is not ok is that the yellow leds in the front panel of the device no longer go out when you deactivate the microphone. The support advises me to turn the microphone on, but this causes massive problems with my smart home. Every time you or someone says “Okay” or “Hey Google” in a movie, the video pauses and a message pops up saying “I can't help you

The projector is much better, than I expected: + works even with daylight (rainy day) on a normal white wall + Android 11 is good enough + it’s fun, watching 4k video on this device + fans almost completely silent + sound is decent for a device in this price range + I did not feel dizzy while watching

Amazing, almost perfect. its my go to TV. My son will be upset when he realizes not all tv's are 10 feet.
