• Each capsule contains: GreenGrown® Glucosamine Hydrochloride (Aspergillus niger) 500mg, MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) 333.33mg. Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water), Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source), and Silica.

• Adult Dosage: Take 2 capsules twice daily. Use for a minimum of 1 month to see beneficial effects. Store in an airtight container, protected from light.
