A hand-woven wool dhurrie in blue and maroon with pixel kilim pattern β the pixelated geometry laid in horizontal bands across a flatweave ground. Dhurries are woven flat without pile, lighter than knotted carpets, easier to move and clean. The kilim technique layers geometric motifs in contained bands, the blue and maroon pairing reading saturated and contemporary. Woven in Bhadohi or Mirzapur by dhurrie artisans working in the Uttar Pradesh flatweave tradition. 100% wool, flatweave.
