This work stages a disciplined choreography of black and white bands, woven into a lattice that appears at once architectural and breathingly fragile, where the eye is caught between surface pattern and the illusion of depth. Light becomes an active collaborator, slipping through the interstices to cast soft shadows that animate the grid and turn repetition into a shifting field of presence and absence. The strict geometry suggests systems—order, labor, and structure—yet the slight optical vibration of the weave introduces a human tension, as if certainty is always threaded with doubt. In its restrained palette and rhythmic construction, the piece reads like a meditation on how stability is built: not as a solid wall, but as a negotiated balance of crossings.
