Undated. 

First supplement is 32 pages; Second supplement is 12 pages; Third supplement is 20 pages; Forth supplement is 12 pages; Fifth supplement is 8 pages. 

Size of folder is: 18 x 25.5 cm. Size of each type specimen booklet is 22 x 15 cm

The black folder is damaged with tears as shown in the photos. Inside the specimen booklets have some pen and pencil annotations but are generally clean. Staple bound. Please see photos.
