INGREDIENTS Each 1 dropperful contains:
Organic Ashwagandha Extract…500 mg (1 mL) (Withania somnifera) (Root)
1:2 herb strength ratio. Approx. 500 mg herb equivalent per 1 mL serving.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

De-ionized Water, Organic Cane Alcohol (48%).

DIRECTIONS & USE

Adult Dosage: Mix 4 to 5 dropperfuls daily daily in warm water.
