How to Use

1. CLEAN IT - Wash the cup by placing in boiling water for 7 mins. Dry & cool it before use.
2. FOLD IT  - Fold the cup to form a U shape with your thumb and forefinger.
3. INSERT IT - Relax your body & insert the cup in your vagina while pushing it upwards. 
4. REMOVE IT - Pinch the base of the cup and squeeze to release the vaccum, & gently pull it out. 

NOTE: Empty the cup and wash it with water before inserting again. Follow step 1 to clean and sterilise before storing it.
