Kinnara Lamp Stand

This beautiful brass lamp is a special find, featuring a Kinnara. Kinnaras and Kinnaris are part-human, part-horse and part-bird mythical creatures. They are often portrayed in Hindu and Buddhist sculptures and paintings, and are known to be celestial musicians.
