This work builds a quiet architecture of time, where muted ivory, sand, and weathered gold are layered into a grid that feels both constructed and gently eroded. The repeated rectangles behave like held breathsβeach panel carrying traces of scrape and wash, as if memory has been applied, lifted, and reapplied until only its atmosphere remains. Light seems to pool in the pale passages and thicken in the ochres, creating a soft, devotional rhythm that invites the eye to drift rather than arrive. In its restraint, the painting becomes a meditation on order and impermanence, suggesting that stability is not a fixed state but a patient accumulation of touch.
