Raw Mango Pickle -BYOB

Pickle made using native variety mangoes (Gavran Kairi), in Wood-pressed Sesame Oil. No artificial preservatives or synthetic flav are added. Does not contain synthetic vinegar.

A traditional Maharashtrian pickle called ‘Khar’; made using only Gavran Kairi (native variety, locally grown mangoes from Maharashtra) and stone-ground turmeric. Whole Mustard seeds, Niger seeds (Karale) and Khada Hing (Asofoetida) are an important part of the recipe. This pickle is handmade in small batches using unrefined Sesame Oil in traditional Matkas (earthen pots) using lacto fermentation techniques and does not contain synthetic or natural vinegar.

No Additives, Binders, Fillers and Preservatives.

Best before 6 months from manufacture.

Store in a cool, dry place.

Raw Mango, Turmeric, Sesame Oil, Whole Mustard seeds, Niger seeds, Black Pepper, Kalonji seeds, Khada Hing (Asofoetida), Garlic and Pink Himalayan Salt.
