QUIET AND EFFECTIVE OPERATION:

OPERATION PANEL:  

• The laminator's control panel features a heat indicator on the right side, allowing you to determine the machine's readiness for use. A red light signals the warming-up phase, while the green light indicates that the machine is hot and ready for lamination. 
• The regulator on the panel provides the flexibility to adjust the temperature based on the pouch size. 

FORWARD/REVERSE FUNCTION:  

• The forward/reverse switch button serves to reverse the command, safely ejecting the document. 

• Furthermore, when loading the film into the machine, if the item shifts position or seems skewed, simply press the reverse switch, and the film will retract. Re-adjust the item appropriately before re-inserting it into the machine. 

JAM RELEASE MECHANISM:  

The Laminating Machine incorporates a specially designed knob on the side to safeguard items from jams. Simply turn the knob slowly to release any stuck pouches or papers.  

Ensure your machine is warmed up by following these steps: 

• Switch the power to the start position - the power light will illuminate in red. 
• Press the hot position to activate the roller heating; the operation light will turn green. 
• Allow 3 minutes for the heater to reach the set temperature, indicated by the operation light turning green. 
• After 1 minute, the light will turn off momentarily before switching on again. This signals that the machine is now prepared for lamination.

Laminating Temperature Settings: Customize the temperature according to the indicative temperature settings provided below: 

Thickness - Temperature 

80 Microns - 110°C  

125 Microns - 140°C  

175 Microns - 160°C  

250 Microns - 180°C 

Caution:  

• Always insert the pouch film with the sealed end to prevent potential issues such as the film wrapping around the rollers or becoming crumpled.  
• Before powering off the machine, switch the temperature control to the cold position.  
• Allow the machine to run for 2 minutes before disconnecting the power.  
• This ensures that the roller continues to rotate and cools down adequately before coming to a stop.
