Normally??¨Safeheart-tablet is prescribed for the management of the signs of mild, moderate or severe congestive heart failure in dogs due to atrioventricular valvular insufficiency or dilated cardiomyopathy. ??¨helps increase muscle contractility for better cardiac output. Dual mode action with positive inotropic effect & balanced vasodilatory effect.
