You can trash the used straws in your compost bin. Once it is full, you can check with the local authorities to see if there is an industrial composting facility in your area.

Products that are industrially compostable, like our bendable drinking straws, should be taken to a composting facility for proper disposal. These facilities have just the right conditions, temperatures, and microbes that can help with the breakdown process. If you try to compost at home, the products might not find the necessary conditions, stopping them from completely breaking down.
