This work immerses the viewer in a field of saturated red that feels less like a backdrop than an atmosphere—heat, urgency, and memory compressed into a single chromatic pulse. Angular wedges of pale yellow and chalky white emerge like architecture half-seen through glare, their fractured geometry suggesting thresholds, windows, and passages that never fully resolve. The composition stages a dialogue between opacity and revelation: scraped textures and soft dissolves imply erosion, as if the image is being excavated from within the pigment itself. What results is a psychological interior rendered as a city of signs—quietly unstable, poised between arrival and disappearance.
