AFUL - Performer 7 (5+2)

As someone who listens to a lot of 60's and 70's rock music through FLAC files, I really appreciate this IEM's ability to bring incredible clarity to the vocals and all the intricate harmonies. I love the sound of the drums as well, the cymbals really pop out well. The bass sounds apt without being too heavy, as I don't like very heavy bass on my rock records. They sounded fantastic right out of the box. I paired this with my KA15 and I was blown by how clean, full-bodied, and sparkly these sound. The mid-range is one of the best I’ve heard. I do not find it harsh to my ears even during the busiest parts of a track. This feels like a great upgrade to the Truth Ear Hexa that I’ve been enjoying for the past year. I’m hearing things I haven’t noticed before in tracks with the P5+2
