The first time I received this product, I set it up and placed my phone to charge and it fell. I tried the phone without the case, and it still fell. Tried my husband's phone with and without case, and we had the same problem. Since the box had their email, I sent the company an email with a video of the issue, and they promptly responded asking me for my address to send a replacement. You will need to remove your phone case for this to hold. This iphone 13 had Otterbox's lightest and thinnest protector and it wouldn't hold itself. But did hold itself after the case was removed.
