German Black Forest Cake

Prepared from several layers of freshly made chocolate sponge cake sandwiched with whipped cream and cherries. It is decorated with additional whipped cream, real cherries, and chocolate shavings. Perfect cake for someone who is a fan of chocolate but not too much!
