• Lasercut patch with letters IAF (India)
  
• Letters IAF is laser cut on Indian Army camouflage fabric.
• IAF will glow when seen through a NVG
• Used in covert operations at night to identify friend or foe
• Glows when seen through an IR night vision device. When a Night Vision illuminator (NVG) hits the patch, the patch will reflect the IR energy, the patch will glow, you and your location is identified
• Doesn't glow when seen through naked eyes. So, this is not of much use to troops which do not use night vision device
• Doesn't reflect white light. This means that if the enemy flashes a torch the light doesn't reflect and give away your position. This patch absorbs white light, from a flashlight, and reflects only infrared energy so the patch keeps you hidden
• Comes with velcro hook backing and can be used on any velcro loop surface
• Normally attached to helmets, shoulders and chest
