The work builds a devotional architecture of memory: a dense, gridded mosaic of glyph-like marks and concentric seals that reads as both manuscript and city-wall, enclosing a serene Buddha visage as its quiet nucleus. Warm ochres and ember reds pulse against a nocturnal ground, while the tactile, embossed surface suggests accumulated timeβlayer upon layer of prayer, touch, and weathering. The centered face feels less like portraiture than an apparition emerging from pigment and patina, inviting contemplation of stillness amid relentless visual noise. Below, the luminous circular mandala acts as a compass of inwardness, implying that the true axis of the piece is spiritual orientation rather than physical space.
