This sports and massage cream with active plant ingredients is used as a skin treatment for external application during sports, for refreshing and strengthening after a sauna, bath or shower, boosting sports performance by warming up the muscles beforehand and helping to prevent injuries caused by the cold during winter sports. Arnica cream is also beneficial in treating muscular cramps, tension in the back and neck muscles, fatigued legs and cold feet.Application: Apply a generous amount of cream to the skin and massage in well. Rubbing the cream in fully will help to promote the rapid and lasting effect of the product. Do not apply the cream to the eyes and or to damaged skin or the mucous membranes.Reddening of the skin may occur this is simply a sign that the product is intensively stimulating the blood supply to the skin. Any redness should dissipate within 2-3 hours. The colour and odour of the plant extracts used in the product will vary.
