This Garmin charging stand works incredibly well. My Vivoactive 5 for without issue and began charging immediately. The stand itself is sturdy and easy to adjust where you need the charging adapter to be by just rotating it. My husband has an Instinct 2 Garmin watch that works with it as well. I got this charger to replace my base style charger. The problem I had with my previous charger was that I had to lay the straps flat, and it took up a lot of space on my night stand. This allows you to put the strap underneath which clears up real estate. The other nice thing about this stand is that the green light lights up when charging, which is easier to see than the screen on my watch. Looking for a Garmin Fenix charging stand? The SwanScout watch charger stand works great with my Garmin Fenix 6X. My Garmin Fenix watch attaches easily to the stand and charges quickly. The stand comes with a built-in USB-C port and USB-C to USB-C cable. The lower part of the stand has a charging light to indicate the stand is connected to power. The stand weighs less than I anticipated, but it’s stable on my desk. The stand cleans up my desk and works well.

I love this charger stand. It powers my Garmin watch faster than the original power cable my watch came with. I have a protective case on the watch itself and i have to remove the backing in order to get the charger port to connect to my watch but other than that - this is a wonderful stand. This charging stand works great with my Garmin Forerunner 965. The stand charges my watch and the watch syncs while it is on the stand. The stand gets power from any USB-C cable, but he stand does not transfer any data through the USB-C cable. The mounting plate can be rotated 180 degrees and the angle can be changed from horizontal to about 45 degrees froward. The stand doesn't take up much space and looks great on my desk.

I have never been happy with the Garmin charging cables for my watches. They don't allow the watch to sit flat on a desk or table, which might cause the cable to become disconnected. If I flip the watch over to be face-down, I can't see the screen to know how far charging has progressed. If I flip it over to look, the cable might come out.
