This work stages a hushed encounter between illumination and erasure, where bands of ochre light press against a dense, charcoal horizon that feels both scarred and sutured. The grainy surface behaves like atmospheric noiseβan intentional veil that softens certainty and turns the middle register into a tremor of memory, as if an image were surfacing and sinking at once. Its restrained palette and horizontal drag create a meditative pull, suggesting a landscape reduced to pure sensation: dawn and dusk, presence and absence, held in uneasy equilibrium.
