Everyday Essentials Perfume Combo (50ml x 4)

Worst customer service experience. I ordered a perfume set from Beardo, but some products were missing from the package. I shared all the available proof, including an unboxing video and photos, yet the company rejected my complaint without providing a satisfactory explanation. What is even more disappointing is that I have clearly shown the unboxing video, but Beardo still refuses to acknowledge the missing products. Instead of helping the customer, they are simply closing complaints and repeat
