‘Merces’ red sari is made through the joinery of textiles: sheer organza silk and plain silk, which allows for a better suited drape and fall. The organza has motifs that draw from those seen in Mughal architecture in dori kaam and sequins.
The sari is paired here with the 'Majorda' blouse.
Blouse worn by the model is not included.
Natural variations in colours and weave are part of the textile, as it is handwoven.
