This E-Cat messenger bag is an iconic product from Visvim’s early 2000s collections, seamlessly blending high-functionality with street culture aesthetics. The bag embodies founder Hiroki Nakamura’s relentless pursuit of integrating traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge technical fabrics. The core design intent was to create a refined, urban-appropriate silhouette that possessed the rugged durability to withstand demanding use. The structure pays homage to vintage military bags and outdoor gear, while incorporating modern modifications. The primary material used is CORDURA® Ballistic Nylon, known for its extreme strength, comparable to that used in bulletproof vests. This dense, heavy-duty nylon offers superb abrasion resistance and a rugged texture that promises a unique patina over time, true to the Visvim ethos. Furthermore, luxurious elk leather is used generously on the base and strap details.
