Just got the swimsuit so it may be too soon to tell. However, i tried it on and simply loved it. I am a plus-size woman, and I felt the cut was super flattering. I felt like the swimsuit made me look a couple of inches or kilos smaller. Loved the feeling I bought an XL. It is true to size. The clasps or clips used for the adjustable straps do seem to be metal. I have a metal allergy. I might update later if the metal causes a rash.
