Regal couple in palace art print

A print of a delightful gauche painting in gorgeous pastel shades of blue. In a palace room a royal couple is wrapped in a blue scarf; the woman has the long hose of a water pipe standing in front of her in her mouth; the man takes something from a box handed over by a servant; through the window behind them in the middle is a landscape of white mountains, a blue wall with a bowl on it and green bulbous trees; the windows on either side are filled in black. Around the scene a dark blue border with a floral pattern in lilac and orange; The painting originates in Mandi, India and the artist is unknown.
