Imperial Loose Leaf Tea Maker with Infuser

Bought this item along with 2 other items for a christmas gift. i only received 1 out of 3 items and have been trying to get ahold of somebody a customer service for over a month now. worst customer service.

Nothing on the tea pod or the package indicates that is bpa free. . . and apparently it is non-returnable! disappointed. addition: a representative of the company has provided a certificate that states the product is made of tritan, which is bpa-free. it would be nice though if this info was stated on the tea pod itself.

I only ordered this because i thought it was made of glass (as it was listed in the description). it is not glass. . . it €™s plastic. i wouldn €™t have ordered it if i had known that. very disappointed in this product.

This tea maker is not what i thought i bought. there were no instructions, nor cup that was shown in your sales picture. i cannot make tea. it spilled all over the counter and what was in my tea cut were tea leaves. not very nice at all. i would like to return this product now.

You definitely need to buy one of these if you drink loose tea often. it €™s so much easier to use, and if you cannot wash the used tea leaves down the drain, just put a small paper towel in the sink, rinse out the dregs, and throw the towel away. easy!
