C-Shape Pregnancy Pillow - Blissful Bump Whisper

I feel more comfortable when I use this pillow in my 5th month of pregnancy. I am feeling little discomfort in middle of sleeping due to the bottom "c" Shape as it's difficult to turn around sides and when trying to wake up in middle for using restrooms as well. Apart from that pillow is super comfortable and gives me very good sleep. Can you suggest some way around to practice on turn around sides during sleep and a way to get out easily from the pillow?
