INSTRUCTIONS:

To iron on a patch, set a dry iron to high heat (cotton setting) and place the patch on a clean garment covered by a thin pressing cloth. Press down firmly for 30–60 seconds without moving the iron. Turn the garment inside out and iron the back for another 30 seconds, then let it cool completely.
