Product Description

The Helios Radiometer showcases how light energy is converted into kinetic energy. The glass bulb with a partial vacuum inside consists of four vanes mounted on a central axis. When the sun's rays hit the vanes, they start to spin due to the thermal effect (light energy is absorbed and reflected, causing the vanes to rotate).
