Our coroplast bases are made from thick correx and pet pawrents will be happy to know that they’re super easy to assemble, as they come pre-cut and only require you to lock them in together. No glue, tape or scissors needed!

Overall, coroplast is the best material for a ramp and loft as it allows them to move around comfortably and can prevent bumblefoot (a condition that can be caused by uncomfortable flooring!).

These correx sheets can also easily be kept clean with a spray of a pet-safe detergent or white vinegar. That’s enough to get them as good as new!

HOW TO ASSEMBLE

The assembly of coroplast bases for guinea pigs and rabbits is very simple. Each sheet comes pre-cut and only requires you to lock each corner together. No tool or tape is required for assembly.

MATERIALS

Corrugated polypropylene (coroplast) base.

PRODUCT DIMENSIONS

The Mezzanine is 33,1 x 18,9 inches (84 x 48 cm) when flat, and 27,7 x 13,0 x 3,0 inches (69 x 33 x 7.5 cm) when folded.

The Ramp is 22,4 x 6,7 x 3,0 inches (57 x 17 x 7.5 cm) when folded.

WARNINGS

Most animals will not chew the coroplast sheet. However, if this happens, you must immediately prevent this behaviour by covering the edge of the coroplast sheet, using our nibble guards or a cloth, cardboard or binding stick. Some animals sometimes need a little time to adapt to their new habitat and lose this bad habit after a while.
