DIRECTIONS FOR FACE ROLLERS:-

NECK & CLAVICLE- Start from below the chin area and roll downwards towards the collar bone. Repeat this 5 times.

CHINE, JAWLINE & CHEEK- Then from the middle of your chin make broad strokes with the big roller side (A) out towards your ear, where your lymph drains from your face.

NOSE & FOREHEAD- When you get to your forehead from your nose, use the large end roller (A)to roll from your eyebrows up to your hairline.

EYES & LIPS -Gradually move up your face, over your lips, under your nose, and from the bridge of your nose out to your ear using the small end (B) to massage the under eyes and eyebrows.

DIRECTIONS FOR GUA SHA MASSAGE STONE/CRYSTAL:-

Applying light pressure, glide the Rose Quartz Gua Sha tool for 3-5 minutes daily with 5-10 sweeps on each part of the face separately.

Use it on clean skin after applying cream or serum.
