Fiprofort plus spot-on contains fipronil and (S)-methoprene. Fipronil acts on the chloride channels and their ligands, especially GABA neurotransmitter. It kills fleas within 24 hours and ticks and lice within 48 hours of application. (S)-methoprene is similar to juvenile hormone and inhibits the development of immature stages of insects. It causes impaired development and death of immature stages of fleas. (S)-methoprene also prevents the development of larvae and pupae of fleas.

Directions for use: 

• Apply between the shoulder blades. Part the fur and apply directly to the skin. Do not wipe or bathe for at least 5 days after application. Always choose the dose based on the body weight
• Repeat after 1 month for maximum effectiveness
