Accidents happen! The best way to deal with spills is to act quickly.

1. For Spills & Stains (Spot Cleaning is Best)
2. Blot, Don't Rub: Gently blot the spill with a clean, dry cloth or paper towel to absorb as much liquid as possible. Rubbing can push the stain deeper into the fibers and cause the loops to look fuzzy.
3. Use Mild Soap & Cold Water: For tougher stains, mix a tiny amount of gentle soap (like clear dish soap or a no-rinse wool wash) with cold water.
4. Avoid the Washing Machine: To preserve the integrity of the loops and the backing, please do not put your coaster in the washing machine or submerge it fully in water.
5. Air Dry: Let the coaster air dry completely on a flat surface. Do not use a machine dryer, as the high heat can damage the fibers and warp the coaster.
