Nepocef-CV tablets for dogs contain cefpodoxime proxetil potentiated with Clavulanic acid. Cefpodoxime Proxetil inhibits the cell wall synthesis of bacteria. Clavulanic acid in Nepocef-CV overcomes antibiotic resistance in bacteria that secretes B-lactamase.
